"Exceptionally User-Friendly Platform with Helpful Insights and Outstanding Support"

We LOVE how user friendly it is. It is so easy to navigate for our sales team. We have team members that are not very tech savvy, and this has made it super easy for them in particular to use and share links to their customers/prospects. We have been on the hunt for a platform/app just like this, and everyone is thrilled with it and really uses it frequently now - finding a resource/tool our team would actually use was a big challenge, and this worked beautifully because they made it easy. It's simple to setup, add files/videos and use We love that it is easily accessible and available via both desktop or mobile. It is also great how many different features it allows you to control and set up.

If you're looking for something simple to store and share assets with your team that your team will actually use, this would be it.

"Offline Access and Smart Organization"

My overall experience with 
Showell has been excellent. It’s intuitive, fast, and helps me stay organized and efficient in front of clients. I can easily access and share the right materials at the right time, even offline. It’s a reliable tool that supports my daily sales workflow.

Pros: I really appreciate the offline access and how all materials are structured and centralized. It allows me to quickly find what I need and share content with clients without any lag or distractions. It’s smooth, intuitive, and makes the sales process more efficient.

Cons: So far, I haven’t encountered any significant downsides. The platform works reliably and covers everything I need for my daily work.

"The Perfect Companion for Flexible Working"

I use Showell as a tool to show our showroom to my customers and have the opportunity to be with the customer without having to be on-site. I always have everything with me. Presentations are all stored in one place and I can make them available to the customer afterwards. I have all products available in the online showroom and can share webinars, which gives me many options with which I am very flexible. I can access from many devices, whether it's the laptop in the car or the mobile phone. The features are very extensive with videos, PowerPoints, and PDFs. Everything is in one place and I don't have to search for anything anymore, but can directly structure and find everything. The setup was uncomplicated.

From day one of dealing with 
Showell, the customer service has been excellent. The sales person and customer success manager are super helpful and friendly. The sales team love Showell and have found it easy to use.

Pros: Showell is so easy to use - a simple interface which looks clean and professional.

Cons: Synchronising in the backend could be quicker.

"Easy way to use and share up-to-date material"

Showell is excellent for presenting and sharing materials with customers. It allows us to easily monitor which of our materials are current and provides insight into how they are being used and downloaded. The analytics feature offers a clear overview of which materials are actually being viewed, which helps us refine and improve the structure of our content.

Setting up the system was fairly simple, but have to add a caveat for the fact that I'd been using the same system previously, so didn't have to start learning from scratch.

"We found Showell the best fit for our global network"

We did a thorough analysis on what options and tools were available on the market and we found that Showell was the best fit for us and we have been using it now for seven years. We have a global network of salespeople all over the world and Showell has proven to be a great tool to effectively deliver the content. Our sales team has found Showell to be very easy and fun to use. It enables our sales team to make a professional appearance with customers. Also, the admin side is fast and easy to use. The analytics features provide useful information for admins. There is a lot of useful functionality in the Showell app, and the functionality has been developing constantly. The Showell support has been working excellently, whenever we have had any questions. We have seen a great return on the investment in Showell. We recommend any sales team to take a serious look at Showell before choosing a sales enablement solution.

"The best Sales Enablement platform"

Just fantastic. If you want a platform that is not a big IT project, yet powerful and impactful you should use Showell. Centralize all the content. Create presentations easily. Share through Showell and get to understand how customer engage.

Pros: It was very easy to get started and use. It has lots of built in tools which make it a powerful platform for any sales team to use.

Cons: I think that they are actively working on developing the platform and I am happy with its functionality.

"Powerful, yet simple to administer and use platform"

Great initial non-pushy sales process, onboarding was quick and simple, on-going support and addition of users and features nice and simple. Single point of contact at the organisation. I'd opt for Showell over any other platforms in the future too and would always recommend them.

Pros: It's a powerful, yet simple to administer and use platform. Sales team really value that all of their sales info to support their conversations are easy to access in one single location. Across all of their devices. Also straight forward to share on the spot and track when items are reviewed or not. It's also simple enough for non-marketing or technical staff to update. Executive Assistants often go on to drop different documents on for users.

Cons: There's nothing that comes to mind - any niggles I had have been resolved with the most recent update.
